This week, we continue our journey through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with Sutra 4.25—a profound reflection on the realization of pure awareness. This sutra invites us to explore the delicate yet transformative distinction between the unchanging truth of who we are and the fleeting experiences that so often define our lives.

Together, we’ll dive into the heart of this teaching, uncovering its relevance for our modern lives. How can we discern between what is eternal and what is transient amidst the noise and distractions of daily life? How can this discernment guide us back to our natural state of presence, peace, and unity?

As always, we journey through this wisdom together, weaving in contemplations, practices, and reflections that ground these teachings in the here and now. Aaaand the count down is on.  Only nine more sutras remain, and we will have completed this incredible journey through all 196 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras! What’s next? I’m not quite sure, but I’m open to ideas—and we’ll definitely celebrate this milestone together.
