28.02.2025 In todays eipisode  as we celebrated the profound occasion of Maha Shivaratri just a few days ago, we turn to a timeless lesson from both Shiva’s story and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra 4.30. states: Tatah Klesa Karma Nivrttih— Then comes the disappearance of the kleshas (afflictions) and karma. This sutra reminds us that the dissolution of suffering does not mean the absence of challenges. Life will still bring moments of pain, but they need not afflict us. This sutra reminds us that suffering is not endless. The moment we fully integrate wisdom and release our attachments to old patterns, suffering dissolves. Just as Shiva neutralized the poison without letting it consume him, we, too, have the ability to transmute pain into insight and find equilibrium in the storms of life. As we stand still stand in the power of Maha Shivaratri, a night that was dedicated to stillness, reflection, and transcendence, we recognize that rituals where we come together to RE-member serve as powerful gateways to transformation.
