02.08.2024 Responsibility – Waking up to your Highest possibility LOOK IN and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY to RAISE YOURSELF. Responsibility is the key that awakens the power of FEELING.  ‘You are your own friend; you are your own enemy. Evolve yourself through the Self and do not degrade yourself.’ TEACHINGS from the Great Bhagavat Gita  As given in the second pada, the eight limbed path by patanjali is the guideline for creating a lasting lifestyle of honest and attentive yoga practice. Patanjali and the YOGA path is always inspiring us to look at, and become responsible for, our own actions. When we get sensitive through this practice, we begin to feel where the action is originating from. If we can be so dedicated and moved to know ourselves, then we move closer to the fourth form of action, which does not create deeper or additional impressions.   Lets use the analogy that compares manifesting karmas to planting a garden. Some actions may result in an almost immediate reaction, like if I were to plant sunflower seeds. The seeds would sprout in a matter of days. Other actions may be more subtle, and create a reaction later in this lifetime, or the next. This would be like planting a fruit tree, with a less immediate effect.
