That Evening Football Show – Episode 36

Whilst Ben is enjoying the sun in Bali and unable to join us, we brought Johnny back into the studio! As usual, he shone when called upon. Due to the international break, the attention of this episode is on the England national team.

We began by dissecting the team’s recent performance against Brazil in Wembley, and then moved onto certain players‘ performance as a whole and individually. „Is Southgate still the right man?“ seems to be the question that keeps coming back!

Despite the lack of domestic matches over the past weeks, we still managed to fit that FA Cup Quarter-Final game between Manchester United and Liverpool into the show, as well as a few teeny minutes on PFL.

The show ends with our pick of favourite or most memorable last-minute winner – let us know yours!
