Lownan Wambüseun Nangombe is a musician and media-producer in Windhoek, Namibia and Graz. In Windhoek he runs the local Community Radio Base FM 106.2″. It was founded as being the first community radio station in indipendent Namibia to be run by non-governmental organizations in 1995. Base FM has a strong focus on education and music and is the center of Windhoek’s pop cultural life.

Lownan Wambüseun Nangombe, Musiker und Medienmacher, in Windhoek, Namibia, und Graz. In Windhoek leitet er das lokale Community Radio Base FM 106.2.
