Land and Freedom – The Lentilliére in Dijon, France

The Lentilliére is a gardening project organised in many different collectives. In 2010 several people occupied a building site owned by the city Dijon. Now the real estate project is unofficially abandoned and up to 80 people live there in tents, buses and huts.
Tony, Ag Sahra, Ya Nari and Rémi talked to me about their dreams of land and freedom, the difficulties within the community and with the authorities, how the Lentilliére works and how it feels to be part of it.
