Nachdem die Welt der englischen Märchen vielfältig ist, gibt es einen zweiten Teil davon! Nach der seltsam berührenden Geschichte von „Jack my hedgehog“ und „The snuffbox“ widmen Marius Schmidt und ich uns diesmal zwei weiteren spannenden fairytales from „The Green Fairy Book“ – edited by Andrew Lang!

It might be even more enjoyable to discover new mysterious stories, even though their topic is very old, such as in „Jack and the beanstalk“, where a boy can climb up to the sky on a beanstalk in the giants kingdom. In „The riddle“ a king´s son likes to travel with just one of his servants and when he comes to a small house on his journey he has to solve a riddle…where the step-mother of a girl practises wicked arts and is ill-disposed toward strangers.“
