HEAD>>FAKE + 1
Will Calhoun and Doug Wimbish created HEADFAKE as a base of muscial freedom. They don´t stick to styles but open the field of music with mastery musicianship – this time Max Lilja on cello as guest!
Doug Wimbish on bass and Will Calhoun on the drums form the incredible rythmsection of Living Color and are individually masters of their instruments. They come together in HEAD>>FAKE to use their skills for a conversation among them, with the crowd and with guests. This time they invited Max Lilja on cello and they didn´t even bother with boundaries.
The Interview was recorded already on the 13th of march 2008 in birdland but the production of the show waited until it was possible to include HEAD>>FAKE recordings with cello.
We talk about freedom, music industry, socity, Barack Obama, Martin Luther King, change and much more…
