The times are certainly changing, with democratic elections due here in Austria and over there in the States.
Welcome to this one-off programme entitled as a question: ‘Democracy through education?’ by Sandra and Andrew Milne-Skinner.

For FREIRAD, they run fortnightly, ‘Poetry Café’ and monthly, ‘Reading Circle’, both programmes in English.
