Our guest this time is Fraeulein Astrid, a Vienna-based musician originally from Styria. Before releasing her own songs, she started blogging about fashion. In 2024, her debut EP „my therapist says you’re an asshole“ came out and her amazing work hasn’t gone unnoticed: That same year, she was awarded the Morgenstern Prize of Styria.
In the interview, Astrid tells us about one of her most important supporters when she first started writing songs, the differences between the music scenes in Graz and Vienna, and her reasons for writing and singing in English. She also shares an important message she wants to convey with her songs and reveals some information about exciting upcoming releases you don’t want to miss!
